Job Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day catering operations, coordinating events and functions, ensuring excellent food and service quality, managing staff and vendors, and achieving customer satisfaction and business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage catering operations for events, banquets, weddings, corporate functions, and outdoor catering
- Plan and coordinate events from pre-event preparation to execution
- Coordinate with Chefs, Service, Purchase, Stores, and Logistics teams
- Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, and team performance
- Ensure food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards
- Handle client requirements, special requests, feedback, and complaints
- Manage food costing, operational expenses, inventory, and wastage
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely availability of materials and equipment
- Conduct site visits and ensure smooth event setup and execution
- Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare event reports, costing sheets, and operational MIS




- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards

Qualification & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Catering Management
- 5-10 years of experience in catering or F&B; operations
- Prior experience as a Catering Manager / Banquet Manager / F&B; Manager preferred

- Experience in wedding catering, corporate catering, outdoor catering, banquet operations, institutional catering, or large-scale events:
