About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design and build RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js & Express.js.
- Implement and manage databases using MongoDB and MySQL, including schema design and query optimization.
- Develop responsive and interactive UI components using React.js, Redux, and Redux Toolkit.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and contemporary styling frameworks to create clean and user-friendly interfaces.
- Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and tools as needed.
- Manage source code using Git, follow branching strategies, and participate in code reviews.
- Support CI/CD processes and assist in deployment on company local servers or cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems for improved performance.
- Collaborate with designers, QA teams, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- 5+ years of professional experience as a MERN Stack or Full-Stack Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Node.js, Express.js:
- MongoDB & MySQL (data modeling, CRUD operations, queries)
- React.js, Redux, Redux Toolkit:
- JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3:
- Good understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, and modern JS patterns.
- Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and automated deployment.
- Understanding of RESTful API design, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and security practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have (Optional)
- Experience with Docker, PM2, Nginx, or cloud services.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).
- Experience with Agile development practices.
