We are seeking a Senior HR Coordinator - India (Contingent Worker) to support our business and HR function in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations and helping establish people-centric, business strategy-driven HR practices. In this role, you will provide administrative, operational and tactical support across key aspects of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, absence management, benefits, learning and development, and total rewards. You will collaborate with employees, managers, Payroll, Total Rewards,



HR Operations & Technology, and other G&A; functions. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

- Assist in executing HR practices and policies.
- Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries and ongoing reports for company requirements.
- Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Handle operational activities for onboarding, new-hire orientations and exit interviews, including HRIS data entry and audits for accuracy and compliance.
