Receive all incoming raw materials of dry fruits and spices etc.
- Verify the quantity, weight, batch number, and delivery documents
- Store raw materials category-wise in designated locations.
- Maintain proper stacking, identification and labelling of all materials.
- Ensure correct item, batch, quantity and specification are issued.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO while issuing material.
- Record all material issues in ERP/register immediately.
- Maintain accurate daily stock records for all raw materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP/system stock.
- Identify and report shortages, excess stock, damaged stock and slow-moving/obsolete materials.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels as defined by management.
- Inform the purchase team about materials approaching minimum stock levels.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
