Paw Society is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Sales Associate to help run our shop. We are a community-focused store, and we need someone who can reliably manage the sales floor, help customers find what they need, and ensure the shop stays organized and well-stocked.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions about pet food and supplies, and helping them find the right products.
Inventory Management: Unloading shipments, stocking shelves, and keeping track of product levels to ensure nothing runs out.
Shop Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and tidy store workplace throughout the day.
Cash Handling: Operating the billing counter, processing payments accurately, and handling daily cash reports.
Pet Handling: Assisting with the basic care of any pets on the premises (feeding,
watering, and maintaining their space).
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in retail sales is a plus.
Communication: Fluent in English and [Local Language, e.g., Hindi/Marathi] to communicate effectively with our local customer base.
Punctuality: We are looking for someone reliable who takes their shift responsibilities seriously.
Physical Ability: Must be comfortable standing for long hours and lifting moderate weights (e.g., heavy bags of pet food).
Attitude: A friendly personality and a genuine interest in pets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
