We are seeking a agile and results-driven Placement Officer - Core Engineering to establish strong corporate relationships and create placement opportunities for students in the Mechanical, Automotive, and Aerospace sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering companies across the Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, and Product Design sectors.




- Generate placement opportunities through continuous corporate outreach and business development.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, virtual hiring events, and placement activities.
- Build long-term partnerships with HR professionals, Talent Acquisition teams, Engineering Managers, and hiring leaders.
- Expand Pumo Technovation's network of recruiters by onboarding current companies and strengthening existing partnerships.
- Understand current engineering hiring trends and align placement strategies with industry requirements.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure students are technically prepared for recruitment processes.
- Organize resume-building sessions, mock interviews, aptitude tests, and career guidance programs.
- Maintain placement records, recruitment reports, employer databases, and placement statistics.
