About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, and other emerging platforms to streamline business and marketing processes.
- Build and optimise AI-powered workflows and automations using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, and CRM platforms.
- Set up and manage CRM automations, lead capture workflows, lead scoring, and sales funnels.
- Create AI-driven systems for lead generation, prospect research, outreach, data enrichment, and support funnel implementation and optimisation.
- Develop AI prompts, SOPs, and workflows for marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Assist the digital marketing team with AI-assisted content creation, campaign optimisation, ad copy, SEO research, and reporting.
- Integrate AI tools with existing business systems to improve efficiency.
- Research and implement the latest AI tools and technologies that can provide a competitive advantage.




- Train internal teams on AI best practices and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
- Monitor workflow performance and continuously optimise automations.

Required Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in AI automation, marketing technology, or digital operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other leading AI tools.
- Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, CRM automation, and sales funnel setup.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, Slack, and similar productivity tools.
- Basic understanding of APIs and AI integrations is a plus.
- Robust problem-solving mindset and ability to learn new AI tools quickly.
