Celeris Creative is looking for a proactive Business Development & Lead Generation Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities and converting them into paying clients.
This is a results-driven role. You will be responsible for finding potential clients, managing incoming leads, following up consistently, bidding for relevant projects, and closing new business for the company.
You will work closely with our digital marketing and creative teams to maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified leads and new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, scrape, and build targeted prospect lists based on our services and target industries.
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, directories, databases, and other online sources.
- Respond quickly to incoming enquiries and leads.
- Qualify leads and understand their business requirements.
- Present Celeris Creative's services and convert qualified opportunities into clients.
- Work with our digital marketer on lead-generation advertising campaigns.
- Monitor platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer and other relevant gig/project marketplaces.
- Identify suitable projects and submit customized proposals and bids.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, follow-ups, proposals, and closed deals.
- Follow up on old or inactive leads and identify opportunities to reactivate them.
- Continuously identify new channels and strategies for acquiring clients.
- Take ownership of monthly lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in business development, inside sales, lead generation, client acquisition, or a similar role.
- Robust communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable speaking with potential clients and asking for the sale.
- Experience with cold outreach and follow-ups.
