Serves as a strategic problem solver and delivery leader who translates enterprise objectives into measurable business outcomes. This role owns initiatives from concept through discovery, delivery, partnering closely with Product, User Experience, Technology, Field Insights, Field Implementation, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful advisor and enterprise capabilities.
The Business Architect is expected to independently drive discovery, define business outcomes, establish success metrics, align stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of roadmap initiatives. Success in this role is measured by the ability to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes with mínimal oversight while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and mentoring less experienced team members.
