We're looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and helping businesses discover the right digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact inbound and outbound prospects through phone calls.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings for the Founder with qualified prospects.
- Follow up with leads regularly until a decision is made.
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaign-generated leads.
- Achieve weekly and monthly meeting booking targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the team.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail).
- Ability to maintain follow-up discipline.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or business development is an added advantage.
