Role Summary

Lead technology projects and digital marketing initiatives to drive business growth through innovation, automation, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage software, website, CRM, ERP, AI, and mobile app projects.
- Plan project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies for project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Execute SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media campaigns.
- Improve website traffic, lead generation, and marketing ROI.
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics and marketing dashboards.
- Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or Business with 4-7 years of relevant experience. Experience in Agile/Scrum-based software project management and SDLC is required. PMP, Scrum, Google Ads, or Meta certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
