Your day at NTT DATA
This senior presales enterprise architecture role is central to NTT DATA’s integrated, full-stack go-to-market strategy. The purpose of the role is to design, position, and win multi-tower transformation and managed services deals by bringing together:
- Contemporary AIOps and Agentic AI capabilities that enhance reliability, automation, and business process efficiency, and

The Presales EA acts as the trusted architecture leader for strategic pursuits, translating client business needs into executable architectures that leverage NTT DATA’s capabilities and partner ecosystem. The role integrates next-generation technologies such as Presto, DICE, skan.ai, GenAI copilots and AIOps platforms to maximize solution quality, competitiveness,



delivery assurance and value realization.

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Account Planning
- Establish the enterprise architecture view of priority accounts, including:
- Application estate, COTS footprint, SaaS landscape and modernization imperatives.
- Cloud adoption posture (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), integration patterns and operational maturity.
- Pain points where AIOps, automation and agentic AI can materially improve outcomes.
- Identify multi-tower plays, platform modernization opportunities, and anchor points for managed services and BPO augmentation.

2. Opportunity Seeding
- Lead workshops and C-suite conversations to shape modern architectures leveraging:
- COTS modernization and rationalization paths.
- App-centric cloud migration and modernization.
- AIOps-driven observability, predictive operations and automated remediation.
- Create value hypotheses and KPI-linked outcome narratives for
