Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, sewage, and sanitary systems.
- Diagnose and rectify plumbing issues such as leakages, blockages, and pipe damage.
- Maintain plumbing fixtures, pumps, valves, pipelines, water tanks, and sanitary fittings.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections of plumbing systems.
- Respond promptly to plumbing breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
- Assist in general maintenance activities, including minor electrical work, carpentry, painting, shifting equipment, and other facility-related tasks as assigned.
- Support the maintenance team during hospital events, renovations, and emergency situations.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards, hospital policies, and NABH guidelines.
- Maintain maintenance records and report issues to the Maintenance Incharge.

Qualifications
- ITI in Plumbing or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in plumbing maintenance, preferably in a hospital, commercial, or industrial environment.
