Sales & Business Development:
Meet architects, interior designers, homeowners, HNIs, builders, and hospitality clients

Conduct client presentations and showcase rug collections/samples

Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities

Handle client follow-ups, sales calls, and relationship management

Develop long-term relationships with design firms and repeat clients

Follow up on quotations, sampling, and ongoing projects

Social Media & Lead Conversion:
Handle and respond to incoming social media enquiries and leads

Coordinate lead calls and client communication

Convert online and referral enquiries into potential business opportunities

Maintain client and lead databases systematically

Travel & Market Development:
Travel across NCR multiple times a week for meetings and presentations

Travel to other cities in India for ongoing and upcoming projects when required

Represent the brand professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and networking opportunities

Showroom & Store Management:
Oversee day-to-day showroom operations

Maintain product displays,



sample organisation, and overall client experience

Coordinate with internal teams for orders, sampling, dispatches, and deliveries

Ensure smooth functioning and presentation standards of the showroom

Marketing, Catalogues & Brand Support:
Assist in catalogue development, presentations, and product documentation

Support sales-boosting and promotional initiatives

Work closely with the core team and factory team for product development, sampling, production coordination, and project execution

Help improve brand presentation across client touchpoints

Skills Preferred:
MS Office

Client handling and presentation skills

Sales and lead management

Photoshop/design understanding is a plus

Social media communication understanding is preferred
