About the Role
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Specialists (CSS). The role involves field sales, lead generation, customer engagement, and product promotion through direct interaction with customers. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door-to-door visits and field prospecting activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations at customer residences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Follow up and convert digital leads received from online platforms and call centers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Complete customer ID creation, documentation, and order collection processes.
- Participate in BTL activities such as canopy activations, society programs, exhibitions, and trade shows.
