RentOk is one of India's fastest-growing PG, Hostel, and Flat Management SaaS platforms. We help more than 20,000 property owners across India automate rent collection, manage tenants, and streamline daily operations from their phones.

We're building a content brand that PG and hostel owners trust, learn from, and engage with. We're looking for a creative and confident Content Creator to become the voice and face of our brand.

Job ResponsibilitiesScript Writing & Content Ideation
- Write engaging scripts for YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, Shorts, owner success stories, and product explainers.
- Generate fresh content ideas based on industry trends, customer pain points, and product updates.
- Create benefit-driven, conversational content that feels authentic and relatable.
- Develop content in Hindi, English, and Hinglish for Indian property owners and operators.

On-Camera Content Creation
- Record in-office talking-head videos, explainers, and short-form content.




- Collaborate with the production team for outdoor shoots, customer stories, and location-based videos.
- Deliver content confidently and naturally on camera.

YouTube Channel Management
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and chapters for SEO.
- Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Monitor channel performance metrics such as CTR, watch time, retention, and subscriber growth.
- Maintain playlists, community posts, and overall channel organization.

Instagram Management
- Plan and publish Reels, Stories, and carousel posts.
- Write captions designed to increase engagement, saves, shares, and comments.
- Identify trends and adapt successful content formats quickly.

Thumbnail & Creative Briefing
- Create clear and detailed thumbnail briefs for designers, including concepts, messaging, emotions, and references.
- Ensure creatives align with content goals and brand identity.
