About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager who has proven expertise in the skin, hair, plastic surgery, cosmetology, or aesthetic clinic industry.

This is not a content posting role. We need someone who can build marketing strategies, generate qualified leads, optimize campaigns, reduce CPL, improve ROAS, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop complete digital marketing strategies for Skin, Hair & Aesthetic treatments.
- Plan monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns based on revenue goals.
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with advanced audience targeting and retargeting.
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max & Local Campaigns).




- Plan and execute YouTube Ads for awareness, consideration and conversions.
- Optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Booking (CPB), ROAS and overall campaign performance.
- Create lead funnels from ad click to consultation booking.
- Coordinate with creative, video and content teams for high-converting creatives.
- Build remarketing funnels and customer nurturing strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and present weekly/monthly ROI reports.
- Track conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with clinic management to achieve monthly revenue targets.
