Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to support daily sales activities.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM and Excel reports.
- Follow up with schools and clients regarding meetings, proposals, and order requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Track inquiries, leads, and sales activities to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt support.
- Schedule appointments, meetings,



and follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Assist the sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination and support.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, CRM, Customer Support, or Back Office Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
