Job Title: AutoCAD Designer / Draftsman (2D, 3D & MEP)

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop and modify architectural drawings as per project requirements.
- Prepare MEP drawings including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting layouts.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify and resolve clashes.
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and drafting standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Experience with SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion,



Enscape, or similar visualization software.
- Strong understanding of Architectural and MEP drawings.
- Ability to create realistic 3D walkthroughs and presentations.
- Knowledge of BIM/Revit will be an added advantage.
- Valuable understanding of construction drawings and coordination processes.

Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.Arch in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in AutoCAD drafting, 3D modelling, architectural, or MEP projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or interior projects preferred.

Salary

₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
