Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Telecaller to connect with prospective students, generate counselling appointments, and support the admissions team in achieving enrolment goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact fresh and existing leads to explain courses and schedule counselling appointments.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM system.
- Handle student enquiries professionally and provide complete course information.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Counselling team to ensure smooth admission processes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.
- Prepare regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, Customer Care Executive, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience).
