Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives and Associate Managers.
- Drive monthly sales targets and high-value deal closures.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from client engagement to conversion.
- Build and manage relationships with HNI clients.
- Ensure CRM discipline, performance tracking, and team development.
What We're Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Minimum 1 year of team management experience.
- Strong understanding of Bengaluru's premium residential market.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
