Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counselling to students for academic, emotional, social, and behavioural concerns.
- Support students' mental well-being and promote a positive school environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school management to address student needs and develop intervention plans.
- Conduct workshops on life skills, stress management, bullying prevention, career awareness, and emotional well-being.
- Maintain confidential student records and counselling documentation.
- Identify students requiring additional support and refer cases to external specialists when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines related to student wellness and counselling services.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Student Counsellor in a CBSE school.
- Robust understanding of child and adolescent psychology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
