Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Plan daily work schedules, allocate tasks to site teams, and ensure efficient utilization of labor and materials.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors for site execution and progress updates.
- Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship through regular inspections.
- Verify and maintain site records including work progress, material receipts, and labor attendance.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and submit to the Project Manager.
- Ensure all works comply with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Assist in quantity take-offs, material planning, and cost control.
- Resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide updates on site status and challenges.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.




- 2 years of relevant experience in building construction of High rise building as well as Villas, preferably in commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site reporting tools.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Leadership ability to manage labor and subcontractors effectively.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with real estate projects and finishing works.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site management best practices.
- Familiarity with project management software or ERP systems.
