Imagine being the execution engine of a program that can change the trajectory of a young
Naari's future in Ahmedabad, someone who may never have been told that AI, technology, and ambitious careers could belong to her too. We’re building a program in partnership with Ashoka University’s Centre for Social & Behavioral Change to move the needle for young women from underserved communities and prepare them for the future of work.
This is not a traditional operations role. As a Field Manager, you will coordinate learner journeys, training interventions, stakeholder engagement and placement support to ensure a seamless and impactful experience for every participant.
What does that mean for you? As Field Manager, you get the chance to:
- Support end-to-end program execution on ground.
- Manage learner engagement, onboarding, attendance, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with trainers, internal team, and on-ground stakeholders to ensure smooth
delivery.
- Maintain program data, documentation and operational trackers.
- Support coordination of placement activities and other program engagements.
- Gather feedback, track outcomes, and contribute to impact reporting.
