Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
- Skilled certifications in accounting and taxation will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management.
- Experience in the facility management, real estate, or service industry is preferred.

Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Management
- Oversee and maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Review journal entries and post transactions to the General Ledger (GL).
- Monitor daily accounting activities, including cash flow and fund flow management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure proper accounting of income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Supervise petty cash, cash payments, and cash receipts.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Manage GST registration, computation, filing, and payment remittance.
- Handle E-TDS, EPF, ESI,



professional tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual returns.
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.

Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Monitor vendor payments, customer collections, and outstanding balances.
- Review invoices, vouchers, and payment documents.
- Ensure timely processing of cheques and online payments.

Banking & Reconciliation
- Prepare and review bank reconciliation statements.
- Monitor banking transactions and maintain relationships with banks.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.

MIS & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports, inventory reports, cash flow statements, and fund flow statements.
- Analyze financial data and provide reports to management.
