About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident and creative Social Media & PR Executive who can become the voice and face of our brand across social media, digital content and PR initiatives.

This is not a conventional social media posting role. You will be involved in research, content ideation, social media campaigns, customer interactions, podcast hosting, interviews and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content
- Research industry trends, audiences, competitors and emerging social media formats.
- Develop creative and engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Develop concepts for Reels, videos, posts, stories, campaigns and other digital content.
- Participate in developing and executing social media campaigns.
- Identify trending topics, conversations and opportunities relevant to the brand.
- Work with designers, video editors and marketing teams to turn ideas into compelling content.




- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging and visual communication.

Podcast & Video Content
- Host and participate in podcasts, interviews, reels and other video content.
- Interview customers, industry professionals, business owners and other relevant personalities.
- Research guests and prepare insightful questions and discussion points.
- Represent the brand confidently and professionally in front of the camera.
- Develop ideas for recurring video/podcast series.

PR & Brand Communication
- Research potential PR opportunities, relevant publications, influencers and industry platforms.
- Assist in developing PR stories, announcements and brand communication.
- Identify interesting customer stories, business stories and industry developments that can be converted into content.
- Support influencer, media and community outreach initiatives.
- Help strengthen the brand's visibility and public presence.
