The Junior Bartender at The Boho House Cocktail Bar will support senior bartenders in delivering high-quality cocktails and exceptional bar experiences. This role is ideal for someone passionate about mixology, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, premium cocktail bar environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and service of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages
- Follow standard recipes and bar presentation guidelines
- Prepare garnishes, syrups, and bar mise-en-place
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area at all times
- Support senior bartenders during peak service hours
- Handle bar equipment and glassware with care
- Ensure stock is replenished and report shortages to seniors
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations




- Interact politely with guests and support a positive bar atmosphere

Skills & Requirements
- Basic knowledge of bar operations and cocktails (training will be provided)
- Passion for beverages, mixology, and hospitality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined
- Willingness to learn and grow within the bar team
- Prior experience in a bar or hotel is an advantage but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
