Key Responsibilities:
- Process and post customer payments
- Perform bank and customer account reconciliations
- Support dispute resolution and collections
- Maintain SOPs and audit data
- Meet KPIs and SLAs
- Drive process improvements

Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce/Finance preferred.

Experience:
Relevant years in AR/Cash Application; SAP preferred.

Skills:
Accounting knowledge, Excel, communication, analytical skills, customer focus.
