We are looking for a Senior Manager, Engineeringto help achieve this mission.

This role is based in Bangalore, India, leading a team of up to 10-12 engineers, reporting directly to a Director of Engineering, and working closely with teams in North America (USA and Canada).



A robust focus on quality and efficiency is required, aligned with Arctic Wolf’s commitment to engineering excellence.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to improve SDLC execution, team productivity, and day-to-day management activities.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows across the team to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions with a strong emphasis on engineering excellence and operational efficiency.
- Enable and train team members on effective use of AI tools to improve productivity and execution.
- Generate and manage day to day work for team(s).
- Work with Product Team to define and deliver on the 6-month roadmap.
- Be a key contributor to longer term planning and strategy with their Director.
- Execute process and be accountable for the outcome of the R&D; team.
