Salary
- ₹45,000 - ₹55,000 per month:
Eligibility
- B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in hospital or commercial building maintenance operations, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, DG sets, water treatment systems, fire safety systems, and utility management.
- Experience in AMC management, vendor coordination, statutory compliance, and preventive maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day maintenance and engineering operations of the hospital.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and utility systems.
- Plan and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for all equipment and infrastructure.




- Coordinate with biomedical engineering and other departments to ensure smooth operation of hospital equipment and utilities.
- Supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and service agreements with external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-effective maintenance and energy-saving initiatives.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs, service reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and ensure mínimal disruption to hospital operations.
