PhysioCare provides professional home physiotherapy and rehabilitation services in Mumbai. We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Freelancer whose primary objective is simple:
Generate qualified patient enquiries and help grow the business profitably.

This is a performance-focused role. We care about leads and patient acquisition—not vanity metrics such as impressions or clicks.

Responsibilities:
Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns.

Conduct keyword research for physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.

Structure campaigns and ad groups effectively.

Write and test compelling ad copies.

Optimize campaigns on a weekly basis.

Monitor and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).

Manage:
Search term reports

Negative keywords

Bidding strategies

Budget allocation





Set up and monitor conversion tracking for:
Phone calls

WhatsApp enquiries

Website enquiry forms

Provide clear monthly reports with actionable recommendations.

Requirements:
Mandatory

Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.

Experience managing lead generation campaigns for local businesses.

Robust understanding of:
Google Search Ads

Keyword match types

Conversion tracking

Negative keywords

Google Analytics 4

Ability to explain campaign strategy and optimization decisions clearly.

Preferred

Experience working with healthcare, clinics, home healthcare, rehabilitation, or allied health services.

Familiarity with Google Tag Manager.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

Performance will be measured based on:
Number of qualified leads generated.

Cost Per Lead (CPL).

Conversion tracking accuracy.
