Job Title: Video Editor (Short-Form & Long-Form Content)

Location: Kottayam, Kerala (In-office)

Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, educational videos, and promotional content.
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, background music, and visual effects.
- Create compelling hooks and maintain audience retention throughout the video.
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and basic sound mixing.
- Design engaging intros, outros, lower thirds, and call-to-action screens.
- Follow the latest social media trends and YouTube best practices.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
- Organize and manage video assets and project files efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute content strategies.
- Deliver high-quality videos within agreed timelines.

Requirements:




- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Experience editing both short-form and long-form video content.
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
- Knowledge of YouTube and social media content optimization.
- Basic motion graphics and animation skills are an added advantage.
- Good communication, creativity, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in video editing (Freshers with an outstanding portfolio are encouraged to apply).
- Experience creating content for education, digital marketing, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of thumbnail design using Photoshop or Canva is a plus.

- Deliver assigned videos on schedule.
- Maintain high editing quality with mínimal revisions.
