Job Role

To lead, plan, and execute a Greenfield chemical manufacturing project from documentation to commissioning, including team development, engineering oversight, statutory compliance, vendor management, and strategic coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery under the guidance of Project Head.

1. Project Planning & Documentation (Initial Phase - Ahmedabad):
- Drive project feasibility, budgeting, DPRs, and master layout plans.
- Review and approve engineering drawings (civil, mechanical, electrical, and chemical) in consultation with design agencies.
- Liaise with consultants and government bodies to secure statutory approvals (GPCB, PESO, CPCB, DISH, etc.).
- Establish detailed project execution plans including resource, cost, and risk strategies.

2. Execution, Erection & Commissioning (Site Phase - Dahej):
- Oversee end-to-end site execution - civil works, mechanical erection, electrical installation,



and utility set-up.
- Supervise erection and commissioning of equipment and systems as per layout and technical standards.
- Monitor contractor performance, conduct regular site reviews, and ensure adherence to timelines and specifications.
- Coordinate with multiple agencies, EPC vendors, and design consultants to resolve issues and maintain progress.

3. Leadership & Team Development:
- Build and lead the entire project execution team across functions - engineering, procurement, construction, safety, and QA/QC.
- Define team roles, onboard required talent (internal/external), and ensure clarity of responsibilities.
- Develop a culture of ownership, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement at the site.
