About the role:
We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use and easier to understand.

Responsibilities:
- Document Creation: Create and maintain documentation for our products, including user guides, product manuals, API documentation, knowledge base articles, release notes, and other relevant technical materials.
- Product Understanding: Collaborate with product managers, software developers, sales engineers,



and customer success managers to gain a deep understanding of the SaaS product's functionality, features, and user workflows.
- API Documentation: Create comprehensive and accurate API documentation forto assist developers and integrators in using Nightfall’s developer platform APIs effectively. Document API endpoints, parameters, request/response examples, authentication methods, and other relevant details.
- Usability Testing: Collaborate with UX/UI designers and conduct usability testing of documentation to ensure it is transparent, actionable, and easily understood by users. Gather feedback from users and iterate on the documentation based on their input.
- Compliance and Security: Understand and adhere to security and compliance standards relevant to our product. Ensure that the documentation reflects the necessary security practices and guidelines.
