To achieve the organizational goals for the assigned zone iand mapped partners - HDFC Securties, India Post Payments bank, other payments banks and BC led partners in terms NB, market share, quality parameters like 13th month persistency through excellent relationship management and providing superior services to partner and customers meeting budgetary objectives on revenue, cost and profitability through the identified lines of business. Ensuring achievement of business objectives and building the partnership for assigned channels by identifying different areas of business and scaling up business through HO and regional interventions. Ensure effective stakeholder expectation management - Partners/internal stakeholders/ Customers.

What does the job entail?:
- Key Responsibilities- Territory Ownership- Own and drive business performance across Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha.
- Deliver assigned business targets, market share objectives, and profitability goals across all mapped partnerships.
- Develop and execute territory-specific growth strategies.




- Stakeholder Management- Build and maintain solid relationships with key channel stakeholders, including:
- Circle Heads, Regional Heads, State Heads, and Cluster Heads of IPPB.
- State and Cluster leadership teams of HDFC Securities.
- Leadership teams of other assigned CSP/BC partnerships.
- Conduct regular business reviews and drive joint action plans for growth.
- Business Development & Sales- Drive insurance sales across the entire distribution network of assigned partnerships.
- Maximize productivity of partner touchpoints through focused sales interventions.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the territory.
- Ensure achievement of business targets while maintaining a healthy and profitable product mix.
- Training & Capability Building- Design and execute training programs for:
- Udaan and IBC teams at IPPB.
- Relationship Managers and sales teams at HDFC Securities.
