The Field Health Associate is the front line health worker deployed on YoloHealth's Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) bus. Operating under the guidance of an on board Medical Officer and reporting to the Field Supervisor, this role is responsible for delivering preventive health screenings to industrial labourers and underserved communities acro ss Uttarakhand. The associate plays a crucial role in patient registration, clinical support, data management, and ensuring the smooth daily functioning of the mobile clinic.

Educational Qualification

Health Sciences, Life Sciences, B.Pharma, BMLT, BSc Nursing or equivalent qualification

Key Requirements

Open to and comfortable with extensive field travel across Uttarakhand districts including hill terra in

Hindi proficiency is mandatory; knowledge of local Garhwali or Kumaoni dialect is a solid plus





Physically fit and able to manage long field hours in varying weather and terrain conditions

Genuinely passionate about community healthcare and making a gro und level impact

Good interpersonal and communication skills warm, patient, and professional with patients

Immediate joiners strongly preferred for full time roles

Preferred Background

Prior experience in health camps, community outreach, diagnostic labs, or OPD support

Familiarity with digital data entry tools or basic computer operation is an advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
