Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate color formulations and achieve precise shade matching as per customer requirements.
- Prepare dyeing samples (lab dips) and get them approved by clients before bulk production.
- Manage the complete fabric dyeing process from sampling to final production.
- Ensure color consistency and quality throughout the production process.
- Coordinate with customers, production teams, and management regarding approvals and production schedules.
- Supervise and manage the dyeing floor and production staff.
- Monitor dyeing machines, chemicals, dyes, and process parameters.
- Plan daily production schedules and ensure timely order completion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fabric dyeing and têxtile processing.
- Strong knowledge of color matching, lab dip preparation, dyeing techniques, and shade correction.
- Experience in handling cotton, jute, Juco is preferred.
