About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes including noodles, fried rice, starters and gravies.
- Prepare Chinese fast-food items according to standard recipes.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size and presentation.
- Ensure proper preparation and handling of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Manage food preparation efficiently during peak hours.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
- Control food wastage and maintain proper ingredient usage.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Chinese Chef in a restaurant, café or hotel is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Experience with noodles, fried rice, starters, gravies and fast-food items.




- Ability to maintain consistent taste and presentation.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Good teamwork, discipline and communication skills.
