Position Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth across the assigned territory. Since Inevia is expanding into the Indian market, this role will involve developing new business opportunities, creating brand awareness, building relationships with manufacturing organizations, and contributing to the company's long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Market Expansion




- Identify current business opportunities across manufacturing industries.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers including plant heads, production managers, Operations Heads, IT Managers, Factory Managers, and Business Owners.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Expand Inevia's presence in assigned territories across India.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging industries and customer requirements.

2. Territory Management & Client Engagement
- Plan and manage daily field visits to maximize customer coverage within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Schedule and conduct regular face-to-face meetings with prospective customers and key stakeholders.
- Visit manufacturing plants to understand production processes, identify operational challenges, and recommend suitable digital transformation solutions.
