The Academic Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of the school's academic programs by leading teachers, monitoring curriculum delivery, maintaining academic quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership
- Lead and supervise the academic functioning of the assigned section (Pre-Primary, Primary, Middle, or Senior School).
- Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and academic calendar.
- Monitor lesson planning, classroom instruction, and student engagement.

Teacher Supervision & Mentoring
- Observe classroom teaching and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor and coach teachers to improve instructional practices.
- Conduct regular academic meetings and professional development sessions.
- Support new teachers through induction and continuous guidance.

Curriculum Implementation




- Ensure curriculum objectives are achieved effectively.
- Promote inquiry-based, experiential, and skill-based learning practices.

Assessment & Quality Assurance
