Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable self-drive car rental solutions.
- Convert customer enquiries into successful bookings through effective communication and sales skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers to maximize booking conversion rates.
- Provide accurate information about vehicles, pricing, offers, and rental policies.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet individual and team booking/conversion targets while ensuring service quality standards.
- Update customer interactions and booking details accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam & Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
