When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every day As a Reservation Executive, you will be responsible for handling room reservations, guest enquiries, amendments and cancellations while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality. You will work closely with guests and internal teams to understand their needs, provide the right room and rate options, and create a seamless booking experience. From the first conversation to the moment a guest arrives, you’ll help set the tone for their stay — spreading the light and warmth of hospitality and creating memorable experiences, one reservation at a time.
- Manage daily reservations:Handle room reservation enquiries, current bookings, amendments, cancellations, no-shows and confirmations while ensuring all details are accurately updated in the system.
- Maximize room revenue:Identify opportunities to upsell room categories,
packages and additional services while maintaining a strong understanding of room availability, rates and hotel offerings.
- Coordinate with hotel teams:Work closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management and other departments to ensure guest preferences, special requests and reservation details are communicated accurately for a seamless arrival experience.
- Maintain accurate records and reports:Ensure reservation information, guest profiles, traces, special requests and relevant reports are updated accurately and in line with hotel standards and procedures.
- Support business and group reservations:Assist with group bookings, corporate reservations, long-stay requirements and special booking requests while ensuring all agreed arrangements are properly recorded and followed up.
