Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

International Business Development




- Identify and develop new international business opportunities.
- Generate qualified export leads through trade portals, business directories, LinkedIn, exhibitions, trade fairs, and digital platforms.
- Follow up with overseas buyers and convert inquiries into successful business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong database of international customers and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify potential countries, industries, and customer segments.

Client Relationship Management
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable steel products.
- Prepare professional product presentations, quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Export Sales & Commercial Operations
- Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), commercial offers, and sales doc
