Key Responsibilities:
- To make a significant contribution to company's sales revenue by hunting new opportunities in the market covering global requirements
- Person would be responsible for all parameters such as order booking, Revenue, EBITDA, customer experience etc
- Work with customers across region.
- To define, develop and own key customer relationships and customer contact strategy

Business Impact:
- Medium-term business strategy and objectives typically guide this role, although there may be involvement in the formulation and development of future policy.
- Impact is primarily short-term but may develop plans over the medium term.Assesses customer relationships and service level.Authority/Decision Making:
- Able to engage at mid to senior management level both internally and externally to within well defined limits of delegation.

Qualifications:




- Engineering degree with management & relevant job experience

Skills/Experience:
- Relevant hunting experience working with Telecom Service Providers in the sales function.
- Good leadership skills in managing, motivating and coaching.
- Strong presentation skills & knowledge of various portfolio of services.
- Person should have minimum of 15+ unique sales experience with focus on hunting new opportunities & working with existing customers for cross sell/up. In-depth knowledge of BT’s portfolio and combining with systems integrators models to open recent areas.
- Ability to work with client to work on areas where we can work together and grow business exponentially.Demonstrate engagement with key stakeholders in the market.BT Group’s Behaviours
