_ _ Role Overview
- We’re looking for someone who can edit exceptionally well and think like a content creator.
- This role is about executing ideas with precision—turning concepts into scroll-stopping,
high-performing contentacross ads and social. If you understand both aesthetic storytelling and what drives conversions, you’ll do well here.
What you will do
- Edit high-performance ad creativesfor Meta and other platforms
- Create aesthetic, brand-aligned social media content
- Develop product videos, catalog visuals, and campaign edits
- Translate references and briefs into polished, premium outputs
- Experiment with AI tools (Higgsfield, etc.)to create standout content
- Optimize videos for hooks, retention, and conversions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects or similar)
- A sharp eye for design, composition, and storytelling
- Understanding of performance content (especially Meta ads)
- Ability to create content that feels premium and “wow”
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Interest in AI-led content creation workflows
D2C Experience (Solid Advantage)
- You likely understand:
- What makes a product stand out in a crowded feed
- How to balance branding with performance
- The importance of iterations, testing, and speed
- Creating content that is not just beautiful—but drives sales
Bonus (Not Mandatory)
- Ability to shoot content in addition to editing
- Experience with product/lifestyle shoots
- Motion graphics / animation skills
