Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain products/services to customers and handle queries effectively.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales.
- Handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Record feedback and report to the team leader/manager.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,516.09 - ₹20,835.86 per month
