- Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high‑quality software architecture and components
- Plan, prioritize, and execute tasks across the full software development life cycle
- Automate workflows using appropriate tools and scripting
- Review, debug, and optimize code for quality and performance
- Lead and mentor a small team, providing continuous feedback, supporting growth opportunities, and helping resolve technical blockers

and verification testing to ensure reliability
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and enhance product functionality
- Document development phases, maintain technical artifacts, and monitor system health
- Ensure software remains current with modern technologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Continuously improve system scalability, efficiency, and overall performance
