Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Design:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and scope.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Design and configure IoT, controls and automation solutions based on client needs.
Conduct feasibility studies and assess technical requirements for implementation.
2. System Integration and Implementation:
Lead the integration of LMS and BMS systems with existing infrastructure.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless system implementation.
Conduct system configuration, programming, and testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.
3. Project Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, system layouts, and user manuals.
Generate progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Document any changes made during the project and update relevant documentation.
4. Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements and address project-related concerns.
Provide regular updates and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.
5. System Optimization and Maintenance:
Conduct system optimization to improve energy efficiency, performance, and functionality.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for LMS and BMS systems.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in LMS and BMS.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering,Instrumentation,Electrical or Related Field
Mandatory: Tridium Niagara working knowledge or certification
