About the Role:
As an Assistant Manager - Payroll & Statutory Compliance, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end monthly payroll operations, ensuring accurate salary processing, maintaining payroll records,



and ensuring compliance with Indian payroll regulations and statutory requirements. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll discrepancies, manage statutory filings, and ensure payroll processes remain compliant, efficient, and audit-ready. This role requires strong payroll expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of payroll legislation, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Operations
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and benefits.
- Validate payroll inputs received from HR and other stakeholders before processing payroll.
- Ensure payroll activities are completed within established timelines and in accordance with organizational standards.
