- Key Responsibilities
- Technical management of the offshore team, quality assurance, and interface management with client
- Plan and prioritize offshore workload by service line.
- Quality review of deliverables before handover to Germany.
- Onboard current employees and train them in templates, SOPs, and project standards.
- Build KPI dashboard, lessons learned, and continuous process improvement.
- Escalate resource, quality, or interface issues to DE leads.

Requirements / Competencies




- 8+ years of experience in procurement, contract administration, QS/cost management, or comparable back-office structures.
- Experience in international teams, offshore/nearshore models, and process set-up.
- Confident communication in English; German skills very helpful.
- Leadership, coaching, and quality assurance competence.
- Strong process, reporting, and stakeholder understanding.

- Teams, Planner/Jira/MS Lists, Excel/Power BI, SharePoint/CDE, service-line tools.

KPIs / Performance Evidence
- SLA achievement by service line.
- First-time-right rate / rework rate.
- Utilization and skills mix of offshore team.
- Stakeholder satisfaction of German project teams.
- Onboarding duration and training completion rate.
